Objective To explore the system of nursing in laparoscopic resection of Meckel′s diverticulum in children.MethodsThe 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic mekel diverticectomy in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were divided into the control group and the research group according to the random number method.60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group adopted systematic nursing intervention.To compared two groups of patients with postoperative 7d fecal occult blood test negative rate,30 d re examination of the effective rate of the treatment and nursing satisfaction.Results The study group patients with postoperative 7 d fecal occult blood test negative rate (95.00%)in study group was significantly higher than the control group(68.33%),between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of postoperative 30 d reexamination in the study group(98.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the patients in the study group(96.66%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).conclusion systematic nursing in laparoscopic resection of Meckel's diverticulum in children can effectively improve the cure rate and the effective rate of treatment and patient satisfaction,has a positive effect on patients,it is worth popularizing in clinical use.
