Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of joint detection of Cys-C and β2-MG in blood and m-Alb in urine in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods From March 2012 to May 2014,58 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted into our hospital were selected as research object and set as research group.Another group of 58 healthy people after physical examination in our hospital was selected as control group at the same period. The content of Cys-C,β2-MG,and m-Alb in the two groups was observed respectively. The positive rate, sensitivity, and specificity between single detection and joint detection was compared respectively. Results The content of Cys-C and β2-MG in blood and m-Alb in urine in research group was obviously higher than that of control group, and there was a statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05).The positive detection rate of Cys-C,β2-MG in blood and m-Alb in urine was 72.4%,56.9% and 62.1% respectively in patients of research group. The positive rate of joint detection of these three indicators reached 89.7%.The positive rate and sensitivity of joint detection was obviously higher than that of any single detection, and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).The specificity between single detection and joint detection was basically in coincidence, and there was no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Cys-C,β2-MG in blood, and m-Alb in urine can be considered as important indicators in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Joint detection of these three indicators has a higher clinical value, which is applicable for application and promotion in clinic.
