Abstract:Objective To explore the application effects and clinical value of predictive nursing in preventing postoperative delirium of elderly patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 66 elderly patients with esophageal cancer from December 2014 to March 2016 of our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into two groups according to random number table.33 patients in control group were given routine nursing,and 33 patients in observation group were given predictive nursing.The nursing in two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of postoperative delirium in observation group was 9.1%,obvious lower than that was 27.3%in control group (P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was 100.0%,obvious higher than that was 78.8%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using predictive nursing for elderly patients with esophageal cancer can preventing postoperative of patients effectively,enhance nursing satisfaction degree and with good nursing effects,which has higher clinical promotion value.
