Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on lung injury caused by Paraquat poisoning. Methods The clinical data of 59 patients with lung injury caused by Paraquat poisoning who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were analyzed. The patients were divided into control group(n=29)and comprehensive nursing group(n=30)according to the different nursing measures. The pre-and post-nursing lung injury score and the prognosis of two groups were observed. Results The pre-nursing imaging examination, respiratory system compliance changes, positive end expiratory pressure changes and hypoxemia scores of two groups were(6.8±2.0)points vs. (6.9±2.1)points,(7.2±2.1)points vs.(7.4±2.0)points,(7.3±2.3)points vs.(7.5±2.4)points and(7.4±2.2)points vs.(7.5±2.1) points, with no significant difference(P>0.05).The post-nursing imaging examination, respiratory system compliance changes, positive end expiratory pressure changes and hypoxemia scores of two groups were(4.9±1.5)points vs.(3.4± 1.2)points,(5.0±1.3)points vs.(3.3±1.2)points,(5.1±1.4)points vs.(3.2±1.0)points and(4.8±1.3)points vs.(3.0±1.1) points, lower than those before nursing, the post-nursing imaging examination, respiratory system compliance changes, positive end expiratory pressure changes and hypoxemia scores of comprehensive nursing group were lower than those of control group. The hospitalization time, gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney damage, infection and mortality rate of comprehensive nursing group were(8.2±1.8)d,10.0%,3.3%,0 and 10.0%,which were lower than those of control group′s (12.8±2.0)d,41.4%,17.2%,17.2%and 41.4%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing in patients with lung injury caused by paraquat poisoning can improve the patients′prognosis and reduce the degree of lung injury, which is worthy of clinical application.
