Abstract：Objective To explore the application of quality nursing in patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscope anesthesia.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal anesthesia in our hospital from July 22th 2015 to July 22th 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high quality nursing.The cooperate,nursing satisfaction,compliance,incidence of adverse reaction and anxiety and depression degeree were compared between two groups.Results The cooperate,nursing satisfaction,compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences among the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups (P>0.05);after nursing,the scores SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion It is possible to improve the patients′ cooperation rate,improve the negative emotions,improve the compliance and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscope anesthesia.
