Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing intervention on the treatment of pediatric congenital heart disease combined with pneumonia. Methods The 65 pediatric CHD patients with pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to March 2016 were selected as the study subjects, randomly divided into the study group (32 cases) and the control group (33 cases). Both groups were given routine care, the study group was given the regular nursing care and continuous nursing on the basis of routine care. The heart rate recovery time, respiratory stabilization time, pulmonary rales disappeared time, treatment outcome and recurrence after discharge of the pediatric patients in two groups were compared. Results The heart rate recovery time [(1.79±0.81)d],respiratory stabilization time [(1.83±0.36)d] and pulmonary rales disappeared time [(12.41±1.52)d] of pediatric patients in the study group were both shorter than those in the control group [(2.30±0.65),(2.14±0.73),(12.41±1.52)d],and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the rehabilitation hospital discharge rate (100.00%) of pediatric patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group (87.879%),recurrence rate in the six months after discharge (9.375%) in the study group was lower than the control group (30.303%),and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention has a positive effect on the actual therapeutic effect of CHD children combined with pneumonia, which can promote the normal recovery of heart rate and respiratory index, promote the regression of disease symptoms, accelerate their recovery and reduce the possibility of recurrence.
