中医护理方案在大肠息肉患者中的应用

摘要目的探讨中医护理方案在大肠息肉中的应用，为方案的进一步改善提供参考依据。方法选取2018年7月～2019年7月我院收治的116 例第一诊断为大肠息肉的患者作为研究对象，按照随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组，每组各58 例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上予以大肠息肉中医护理方案干预。比较两组的心理状态、治愈效果及总满意度。结果护理后，观察组焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组中医症候疗效评分、疾病疗效评分及中（远）期疗效评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察者组护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对大肠息肉患者实施中医护理方案干预效果显著，能有效改善患者心理状态，提高患者治愈疗效，提高患者满意度，有一定的临床应用价值。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of Chinese medicine nursing program in colorectal polyps,and to provide reference for further improvement of the program. Methods A total of 116 patients with the first diagnosis of colorectal polyps admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given the intervention of Chinese medicine nursing program on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological status,healing effect and total satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depression scale (SDS) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The Chinese medicine symptom score,disease efficacy score and middle (distal) efficacy score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observers was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intervention on Chinese medicine nursing program in patients with colorectal polyps is significant,which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,improve the curative effect of patients,improve patients satisfaction,and has certain clinical application value.
