Application of Chinese medicine nursing program in patients with colorectal polyps

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of Chinese medicine nursing program in colorectal polyps,and to provide reference for further improvement of the program. Methods A total of 116 patients with the first diagnosis of colorectal polyps admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given the intervention of Chinese medicine nursing program on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological status,healing effect and total satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depression scale (SDS) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Chinese medicine symptom score,disease efficacy score and middle (distal) efficacy score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observers was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intervention on Chinese medicine nursing program in patients with colorectal polyps is significant,which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,improve the curative effect of patients,improve patients satisfaction,and has certain clinical application value.
