心理干预联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗冠心病合并焦虑障碍的临床效果

摘要目的探讨心理干预联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗冠心病合并焦虑障碍的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月～2019年4月我院收治的90 例冠心病合并焦虑障碍患者的临床资料，根据治疗方式不同分为A 组（30 例）、B 组（30 例）与C 组（30 例）。A 组采用心理干预治疗，B 组采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗，C 组采用心理干预联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗。比较三组临床治疗效果及广泛性焦虑障碍量表（GAD-7）评分。结果 C 组治疗总有效率高于A、B 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；A、B 两组治疗总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；三组干预后GAD-7 评分均低于本组干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；C 组干预后GAD-7 评分低于A、B 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理干预联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗冠心病合并焦虑障碍具有较好的临床效果，可显著降低患者的焦虑水平。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological intervention combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety disorder. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety disorder who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into group A (30 cases),group B (30 cases) and group C (30 cases).Group A was treated with psychological intervention.Group B was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets.Group C was treated with psychological intervention combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets.The clinical treatment effect and generalized anxiety disorder scale (GAD-7) scores were compared between the three groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in group C was higher than that in groups A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy between group A and group B (P>0.05);the GAD-7 scores in the three groups after intervention were lower than those in this group before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the GAD-7 score in group C was lower than that in group A and group B after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets has a good clinical effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety disorder,which can significantly reduce the level of anxiety in patients.
