Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on bad mood,quality of life and delivery outcome in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP).Methods A total of 275 cases of patients with HDP awaiting delivery admitted into the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the study objects for retrospective analysis.These patents were divided into an observation group (n=153) and a control group (n=122) according to the nursing methods,and the observation group received psychological intervention and routine nursing during hospitalization,while the control group received routine nursing only.The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),scores of quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire (GQOLI-74) and total incidences of maternal and perinatal complications between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in the HAMA score and HAMD score between the two groups at admission (P>0.05).The HAMA score and HAMD score in the two groups before delivery were lower than those at admission,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The HAMA score and HAMD score in the observation group before delivery were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of psychological function,social function,physical function and material life of GQOLI-74 scale between the two groups at admission (P>0.05).The scores of psychological function,social function and physical function of GQOLI-74 scale in the two groups before delivery were higher than those at admission (P<0.05),while no significant difference was found in the score of material life of GQOLI-74 scale in the two groups before delivery and that at admission (P>0.05).The scores of psychological function,social function and physical function of GQOLI-74 scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the material life score of GQOLI-74 scale between the two groups before delivery (P>0.05).The total incidence rates of maternal and perinatal complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention on HDP patients shows good effect,which can not only improve the patients′ bad mood and quality of life,but also reduce the incidence of maternal and perinatal complications.
