Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of Isoniazid ultrasonic atomization in the patients with cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis and bronchial tuberculosis. Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis and bronchial tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to February 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment methods, the patients were divided into the group A (32 cases, only routine antituberculosis treatment) and the group B (40 cases,Isoniazid ultrasonic atomization while routine antituberculosis treatment). The negative conversion rates of tuberculosis, the closure rates of pulmonary cavity, clinical effect, pulmonary function and adverse reactions between the two groups of patients were compared. Results After 2 and 5 months of treatment in group B,the negative conversion rate of tuberculosis, the closure rate of pulmonary cavity and the total effective rate were all higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment vital capacity (VC),maximum ventilation volume (MVV) and forced expiratory volume (FEV1)/forced vital capacity in the first second (FVC) in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),which each index in group B after treatment were higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Isoniazid ultrasonic atomization can improve the negative conversion rate and the closure rate of pulmonary cavity in the patients with cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis and bronchial tuberculosis, with ideal curative effect and improved pulmonary function, safe.
