Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect and safety of antituberculosis combined with electronic bronchoscopy in the treatment of patients with bronchial tuberculosis. Methods A total of 82 patients with bronchial tuberculosis admitted to Yangjiang Public Health Hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the reference group(41 cases)and the experimental group(41 cases)according to the random assignment method. The reference group was treated with conventional antituberculosis treatment, and the experimental group was treated with antituberculosis combined with electronic bronchoscopy. The total effective rate, airway cavity diameter after 1 and 6 months of treatment, sputum negative conversion rate, recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the airway cavity diameter of the experimental group was larger than that of the reference group after 1,6 months of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment, the sputum negative conversion rate in the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, there was no statistically difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Antituberculosis combined with electronic bronchoscopy could obtain higher curative effect, low recurrence rate, good long-term curative effect in the treatment of patients with bronchial tuberculosis, and would not cause excessive adverse reactions, with high safety, which is worthy of recommendation.
