Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Lactobacillus combined with Doxycycline in the treatment of female genital chlamydia infection. Methods A total of 60 female genital chlamydia infections admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to January 2021 were retrospectively selected.According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Doxycycline, and in the observation group, they were treated with Lactobacillus combined with Doxycycline. The clinical treatment effect, total incidence of adverse reactions, and clinical symptoms improvement time were compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms improvement time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of Lactobacillus and Doxycycline in the treatment of female genital tract chlamydia infection can effectively improve the treatment effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and shorten the time for clinical symptom improvement with a remarkable effect.
