Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of intermittent barotherapy in the prevention and nursing of deep venous thrombosis in ICU.Methods 76 ICU patients in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group (38 cases)and the observation group(38 cases)according to random number table method.The control group implemented routine preventive nursing measures.The observation group added deep venous thrombosis therapeutic instrument on the basis of the control group.The blood flow velocity,peripheral diameter and incidence of DVT of lower extremity in the two groups were compared.Results there was no significant difference in the blood flow velocity of lower extremity deep vein between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The blood flow velocity of lower extremity deep vein in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of peripheral diameter swelling of lower limbs between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).The degree of peripheral diameter swelling of lower limbs in the observation group was less than that in the control group after 7 days of intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of lower limb DVT in the observation group was 2.63%,which was lower than 21.05% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermittent barotherapy instrument has a good application effect in the prevention and nursing of DVT in ICU patients.It is conducive to accelerate the blood flow velocity of deep veins of lower limbs,reduce the peripheral diameter swelling of lower limbs and reduce the incidence of DVT of lower limbs.
