Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform in patients discharged from cancer pain in primary hospitals.Methods A total of 80 cancer pain discharged patients admitted to Zhongshan Xiaolan People′s Hospital in Guangdong Province from February to July 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The observation group adopts the WeChat platform+continued nursing model,and the control group adopts routine health education before discharge+telephone follow-up.The compliance of the two groups of patients with oral medication,the degree of pain relief,the scores of the mental state of the two groups before and after the intervention,and the satisfaction with nursing were compared.Results The medication compliance and pain relief rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree in all aspects of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups′mental status scores(P>0.05);after the intervention,the anxiety and depression scale scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing based on WeChat platform has significant effect on patients discharged from cancer pain in primary hospitals.It can improve patient compliance with medication,improve patient pain,reduce negative emotions,and improve nursing satisfaction.
