Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Vinpocetine on patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency. Methods Forty-two patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by lottery, each group had 21 patients,on the bases of conventional treatment, the control group accepted Ginkgo Damamo Injection, and the observation group accepted Vnpocetine, and the clinical effectiveness, blood flow rate and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood flow velocity of patients between the two groups before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The blood flow velocity after treatment was faster than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Vinpocetine can improve the clinical efficiency of patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency, and the adverse drug reactions are small, which is worth promoting.
