Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Lysine Zinc Gluconate Granules in children with infectious diarrhea. Methods A total of 80 children with infectious diarrhea admitted to Ganzhou Maternity and Child Health Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected. They were divided into a control group (40 cases) and a test group (40 cases) according to the alternative grouping method.Children in the control group were given conventional treatment, and the experimental group was treated with Lysine Zinc Gluconate Granules on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment effect, time to improvement of clinical symptoms, immunity and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment of patients in the test group was 97.50%,higher than that of the control group 77.50%,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The improvement time of the symptoms of abdominal pain, high fever, nausea and vomiting in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the immune function indexes between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the immune function indexes of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the immunoglobulin A and the immunoglobulin G index of the test group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Lysine Zinc Gluconate Granules have significant therapeutic effect on children with infectious diarrhea, high safety, convenient to take, which is beneficial to children′s acceptance and recognition, and can also have a certain regulatory effect on the immune function of the body.It is worthy of continuous promotion and application in the clinic.
