Application effect of Bo′s abdominal acupuncture combined with psychobehavior nursing on patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of Bo′s abdominal acupuncture combined with psycho-behavior nursing on patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD).Methods A Total of 68 MHD patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=34) and control group (n=34) by random allocation.Patients in the observation group were received with Bo′s abdominal acupuncture combined with psycho-behavior nursing intervention,and in the control group was treated with traditional body acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality,and quality of life (physical function,emotional activity,social function,and mental state) were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 94.1%,higher than that of the control group,accounting for 62.0%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The sleep quality score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of clinical treatment,Bo′s abdominal acupuncture combined with psycho-behavior nursing has a good therapeutic effect on patients with MHD and can improve their quality of life.
