Abstract:Objective To explore the safety and bad psychological status of painless gastroscopy in children. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,60 patients with foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract with complete medical records were selected as the subjects, they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with general gastroscope, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with painless gastroscope. The mean arterial pressure (MAP),blood oxygen saturation (SpO2),spence children′s anxiety scale (SCAS) score, foreign body removal effect and adverse reactions were observed before and after operation. Results The MAP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in map between the two groups before and after operation (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in SpO2 between the two groups before, during and after operation (P>0.05).The SCAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the time of extraction was shorter than that of the control group, and the success rate of one-time extraction was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Painless gastroscopy can improve the MAP level and SCAs score of children, improve the success rate of one-time removal, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
