Objective To analyze the regularity of adverse reactions of Chinese patent medicines,to improve the rate of clinical rational use of drugs.Methods Data of 115 cases of adverse reactions(ADR)of Chinese patent drugs collected from Guangzhou First People′s Hospital from January to December 2019 were retrospectively selected to analyze the types of Chinese patent drugs,route of drug administration,and the main clinical manifestations of ADR.Results In the data report table of 115 cases of ADR of Chinese patent medicine,68 cases were female,accounting for 59.10%,and 47 cases were male,accounting for 40.90%.The patients ranged from 18 months to 84 years old,among which 74 patients were >60 years old,accounting for 64.40%.The analysis of drug types showed that there were 25 drugs in total,mainly 6 kinds of drugs,among which 36 cases were cardiovascular drugs,accounting for 31.30%,ranking the first.Analysis of drug administration routes showed that 41 cases were given by injection,accounting for 36.50%,62 cases were given by oral administration,accounting for 53.90%,and 12 cases were given by external preparations,accounting for 10.40%.The majority of adverse reactions involving systems and organs were skin and its accessories,with a total of 48 cases,accounting for 42.57%.The main clinical manifestations of patients were rash and pruritus.Conclusion There are many adverse reactions in the use of Chinese patent medicines,so the clinical use should be cautious,and the rational clinical use rate should be improved to reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions as far as possible.
