系统化护理对增强CT造影剂肾病发生率及护理满意度的影响

摘要目的探讨系统化护理在增强CT 检查中造影剂肾病发生率的价值及对护理满意度的影响。方法选取2018年9月～2019年6月江西省赣州第五人民医院行增强CT 检查的140 例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组，每组各70 例。实验组采用系统化护理干预；对照组采用常规护理模式，比较两组的护理满意度、护理干预后第1、3 天的肌酐值、造影剂肾病发生率。结果护理干预3 d 后，实验组的总满意度高于对照组，实验组干预后第1、3 天的肌酐值低于对照组，实验组的造影剂肾病的发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论系统化护理干预的应用能有效预防增强CT 检查造影剂肾病发生，同时能提高护理满意度。

Abstract： Objective To explore the value of systematic nursing in the incidence of contrast nephropathy in enhanced CT examination and its effect on nursing satisfaction. Methods A total of 140 patients who underwent enhanced CT examination in Ganzhou Fifth People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects, and were divided into the experimental group (70 cases) and the control group (70 cases) using random number table method. Systematic nursing intervention was used in the experimental group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode, nursing satisfaction, nursing intervention 1, 3 days after the creatinine, contrast nephropathy incidence were compared. in the two groups. Results After nursing intervention 3 d, the total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the creatinine value of the experimental group on day 1 and 3 was lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of contrast nephropathy of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of systematic nursing intervention can effectively prevent the incidence of enhanced CT contrast nephropathy and improve nursing satisfaction.
