Abstract: Objective To explore the value of systematic nursing in the incidence of contrast nephropathy in enhanced CT examination and its effect on nursing satisfaction. Methods A total of 140 patients who underwent enhanced CT examination in Ganzhou Fifth People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects, and were divided into the experimental group (70 cases) and the control group (70 cases) using random number table method. Systematic nursing intervention was used in the experimental group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode, nursing satisfaction, nursing intervention 1, 3 days after the creatinine, contrast nephropathy incidence were compared. in the two groups. Results After nursing intervention 3 d, the total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the creatinine value of the experimental group on day 1 and 3 was lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of contrast nephropathy of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of systematic nursing intervention can effectively prevent the incidence of enhanced CT contrast nephropathy and improve nursing satisfaction.
