Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of different doses of levothyroxine tablets combined with iodine-131 in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer after operation. Methods A total of 180 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer treated by total thyroidectomy admitted to Fujian Geological Hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects, and divided into the control group(90 cases)and the observation group(90 cases)according to the dynamic random grouping method. The control group was treated with iodine-131 combined with 2.0 μg/kg Levothyroxine Tablets, and the observation group was treated with iodine-131 combined with 2.5 μg/kg levothyroxine tablets Levothyroxine tablets. The total effective rate, the levels of serum thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),cluster of differentiation 44 variant 6(CD44V6),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),the occurrence of adverse reactions and five year survival rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the TSH of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD44V6,SIL-2R and VEGF of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The five year survival rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine Tablets 2.5 μg/kg combined with iodine-131 in the treatment of postoperative patients with differentiated thyroid cancer has significant effect, which is suitable for clinical implementation and development.
