Abstract:Objective To study the effect of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)in the treatment of fetal growth restriction(FGR).Methods A total of Fifty pregnant women with FGR who were diagnosed and treated in Shenzhen Luohu District of Maternal and Child Health Hospital fromJuly 2016 and August 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and study group by the random number table method,25 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the the study group was given conventional treatment and treatment with LMWH.Fetal growth, umbilical blood flow and adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Results The increased values of maternal fundal height, abdominal circumference, and fetal growth in study group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Differences in fetal pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI)or umbilical artery systolic and diastolic blood flow velocity ratio(S/D))between the two groups were not statistically significant before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the PI,RI and S/D in both groups were lower than those of the control group,PI,RI and S/D in study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Treatment with LMWH for FGR can effectively improve fetal umbilical artery blood flow and promote fetal growth and development. However, due to the particularity of pregnant women,it is necessary to strengthen nursing during medication to ensure the curative effect and safety.
