Abstract:Objective To study the application value of four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal malformation and intellectual development disorders.Methods A total of 32 pregnant women who undergo prenatal care from December 2015 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected.All patients were confirmed by pathological examination.According to different methods of diagnosis,they were divided into study group and reference group.The reference group used two dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography.The study group used four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound.The results of fetal malformation and detection results of nuchal translucency thickness.Results The diagnostic accuracy of fetal malformation in the study group was 90.63%,which was higher than that of the reference group (65.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Of 32 pregnant women,there were 5 cases with abnormal nuchal translucency thickness,the detection rate of intellectual developmental abnormalities was 100.00%,which was higher than the detection rate of mental developmental abnormalities in 27 cases normal nuchal translucency thickness(7.41%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of fourdimensional color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic technology has significant application value in the diagnosis of fetal malformation and fetal mental development.It is worthy of promotion.
