Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection combined with Oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section

摘要目的 观察和探讨益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的临床疗效和安全性。方法 选取2017年1～12月在我院进行剖宫产的84 例产妇作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为两组，每组各42 例。观察组产妇采用益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防产后出血，对照组产妇给予宫缩素预防产后出血。观察比较两组产妇的临床疗效及安全性。结果 两组产妇的术前出血量比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组产妇术中、术后2 h 和术后24 h 的出血量均显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组产妇术中、术后2 h 和术后24 h 的出血量均显著多于术前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组产妇术中、术后2 h 和术后24 h 的出血量均显著多于术前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组产妇的宫缩持续时间和恶露持续时间均显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组产妇的宫底下降速度低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组产妇的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的临床疗效确切，效果显著，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract：Objective To observe and explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection combined with Oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods A total of 84 cases of cesarean section who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects, they were randomly divided into two groups by number table method, 42 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection combined with Oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.The control group was treated with Oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding before operation between the two groups (P>0.05).The amount of bleeding during the operation, 2 h after the operation and 24 h after the operation in the observation group were significantly fewer than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).In the observation group, the amount of bleeding during the operation, 2 h after the operation and 24 h after the operation were significantly higher than before operation, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The amount of bleeding during the operation, 2 h after the operation and 24 h after the operation in the control group were significantly higher than before operation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of uterine contraction and the duration of lochia in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The descent rate of fundus was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection combined with Oxytocin for the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section, the clinical effect is definite, the effect is significant and the safety is high.It is worthy of clinical application.
