Application effect of prospective nursing intervention in perioperative period of thoracoscopic laparoscopic combined with esophageal cancer radical operation

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of prospective nursing intervention in the perioperative period of thoracoscopic laparoscopic combined with esophageal cancer radical surgery.Methods A total of 50 patients undergoing thoracoscopic laparoscopic combined with esophageal cancer radical surgery from January 2014 to December 2017 treated in Shenzhen Second People′s Hospital were divided into study group and reference group according to the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing intervention during the perioperative period, and the study group gave prospective nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing during the perioperative period.The relevant clinical indicators, quality of life scores, nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative blood loss, operation time and lymph node dissection between the two groups (P>0.05).The gastrointestinal recovery time, extubation time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than the reference group, and the quality of life score was significantly higher than the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the reference group (72.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 4.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the reference group(32.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracic laparoscopic combined with esophageal cancer radical surgery in the perioperative period using prospective nursing intervention can effectively speed up the recovery of patients, improve quality of life and satisfaction of care, and reduce postoperative complications.
