Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of 24 h rehabilitation nursing on hemiplegic nerve and limb function with ischemic stroke (CIS).Methods A total of 80 cases with CIS hemiplegia admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group were received routine nursing,the observation group were implemented ultra-early rehabilitation nursing,the intervention of the vital signs within 24 hours after disease,the living habits with the two groups after intervention,the adverse psychological status of the two groups after intervention,and the interventions were compared.Pre-and post-neural function European stroke score (ESS)and changes in life quality of Barthel index were used.Results After intervention,the total proportion of adverse psychological conditions such as anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).The neurological ESS score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The modified Barthel index was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ultra-early(24 hour)rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with CIS has positive effects to improve patients′psychological status and promote neurological recovery and improve life quality.
