Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of standard channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)under B-mode ultrasound combined with instantaneous X-ray localization in the treatment of non-nephredema renal calculi. Methods Eighty-six patients with non-nephredema renal calculi admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The standard channel PCNL was located by B-mode ultrasound combined with instantaneous X-ray in the study group, and the standard channel PCNL was located by B-mode ultrasound in the control group. The time of channel establishment, operation time, hospitalization time, primary stone clearance rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The time of channel establishment and operation in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).The stone clearance rate of the study group was 90.7%,which was higher than 74.4%of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Standard channel PCNL under B-mode ultrasound combined with instantaneous X-ray localization in the treatment of non-nephredema renal calculi can shorten the time of establishing percutaneous renal channel and operation, with high stone clearance rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
