Abstract：In recent years, the incidence of liver disease is increasing year by year, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.How to establish animal models of diseases is the basis of searching for drugs to treat liver injury, by analyzing the literatures about liver injury in recent years, to summarize the methods of establishing models of acute liver injury, chronic liver injury, drug-induced liver injury and alcoholic liver injury, and to explore the mechanism of liver injury.
