心理护理联合磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶敷料对包皮环切术后患者负面情绪及并发症的影响

摘要目的探讨心理护理联合磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶敷料（优拓SSD）对包皮环切术后患者负面情绪及并发症的影响。方法选取2017年12月～2018年12月我院84例行包皮环切术患者，按照护理方法的不同分为两组，每组各42例。观察组给予心理护理联合优拓SSD，对照组给予一般护理，且对两组焦虑评分、疼痛评分及并发症总发生率进行观察及评估。结果干预前两组焦虑评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后观察组焦虑评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预前两组疼痛评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后观察组疼痛评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理护理联合优拓SSD应用于包皮环切术后患者有利于减轻负面情绪及降低并发症发生率，值得临床应用及推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing combined with Sulfadiazine silver lipid water gel dressing(excellent SSD)on negative emotion and complications in patients after circumcision.Methods Eighty-four patients undergoing circumcision from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods,42cases in each group.The observation group was given psychological care combined with the excellent SSD,and the control group was given general nursing.The anxiety score,pain score and total complication rate of the two groupswere observed and evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in anxiety score between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the pain score between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with excellent SSD is beneficial to alleviate negating emotions and reducing the incidence of complications in patients after circumcision.It isworthy of clinical application and promotion.
