Effect of com p liance guidance on patients with femoral fracture

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of compliance guidance on patients with femoral fracture.Methods Sixty patientswith femoral fracture admitted to Ji′an First People′s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30)according to random number tablemethod.The compliance of the two groups before and after nursing(according to the requirements to complete the exercise frequently,according to the correct trainingmethod to complete the exercise,according to the type of training to complete the exercise,according to the training type)were analyzed.Training time to complete exercise score,Lysholms score,visual simulation score,complications (pulmonary infection,deep venous thrombosis,pressure sore,constipation and joint stiffness,etc.),satisfaction and other related indicators were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in compliance score between the two groups before nursing,according to the requirements,according to the correct trainingmethod,according to the type of training,and according to the training time(P＞0.05).After nursing,the patients in the experimental group completed the exercise frequently according to the requirements,completed the exercise according to the correct training method,and finished the exercise according to the training type,the scores of Lysholms in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The visual analogue score of the femoral fracture in the experimental group and the total complication rate of pulmonary infection,deep vein thrombosis,pressure sore,constipation and joint stiffness were lower than those of the control group with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compliance guidance can significantly improve the compliance score of early rehabilitation nursing in patientswith femoral fracture,and Lysholms score,satisfaction score,reduce the incidence of complications and visual simulation score.
