Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on neurological function and quality of life of patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods A total of 89 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing. The nerve function before and after nursing and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with NIHSS score and Fugl-Meyer score(P>0.05).After nursing, the observation group NIHSS score was significantly lower than that of control group,Fugl-Meyer score was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05.)The quality of life of QOL-100 score in the observation group in the physiological field, psychological field, independent field and social field scores were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the nerve and motor function in patients with craniocerebral injury, which can improve the quality of life, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
