Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the effects of different methods of administration of Octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods80 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected, these patients were divided into routine intravenous infusion group(intravenous group,n=40)and micro infusion pump continuous infusion group(injection pump group,n=40)according to the methods of administration, the serum IL-1,IL-8,TNF-α,CRP levels, clinical efficacy, nausea and vomiting remission time, abdominal pain relief time, amylase recovery time, hospitalization time, incidences of adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe serum IL-1,IL-8,TNF-α,CRP levels of the injection pump group were significantly lower than the intravenous group(P<0.05),the total treatment efficiency[95.0%(38/40)]was significantly higher than the intravenous group[82.5%(33/40)](P<0.05),the nausea and vomiting remission time, abdominal pain relief time, amylase recovery time, hospitalization time were significantly shorter(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions[10.0%(4/40)]was significantly lower than the intravenous group[17.5%(7/40)],the difference was statistically significont(P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of micro infusion pump continuous infusion is better than routine intravenous infusion in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
