2015～2018年河池市宜州区新生儿首针乙肝疫苗接种情况分析

摘要目的分析2015～2018年河池市宜州区新生儿首针乙肝疫苗接种情况。方法从《广西壮族自治区预防接种信息管理平台》导出河池市宜州区2015～2018年新生儿首针乙肝疫苗接种信息，统计并分析首针乙肝疫苗接种情况和未及时接种原因。结果 2015～2018年河池市宜州区4 家医院接生新生儿29 457 名，首针乙肝疫苗接种率为96.62%，及时接种率为94.88%；2017年乙肝疫苗接种率和及时率较高；河池市宜州区中医医院乙肝疫苗接种率和及时率最高，河池市宜州区人民医院最低；出生低体重（43.20%）、早产和难产（29.13%）是新生儿首针乙肝疫苗未及时接种的主要原因；河池市宜州区人民医院未及时接种儿童最多，占73.13%。结论河池市宜州区新生儿首针乙肝疫苗及时接种率已达到较高水平，应加强培训，让接种人员正确掌握乙肝疫苗接种禁忌证，同时加强健康教育，进一步提高新生儿首针乙肝疫苗及时接种率。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the first hepatitis B vaccine vaccination for the neonates of Yizhou District in Hechi City from 2015 to 2018.Methods Based on the information management platform of vaccination in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the information of the first dose of hepatitis B vaccination for the neonates of Yizhou District in Hechi City from 2015 to 2018 was derived.The first dose of hepatitis B vaccine vaccination in different years, the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine vaccination in different medical institutions and the reasons for not timely vaccination were analyzed.Results In 2015-2018, 29 457 neonates were delivered to four hospitals of Yizhou District in Hechi City,96.62% of whom received the first hepatitis B vaccine, and 94.88% of them received it in time.In 2017, the rate of hepatitis B vaccine and the rate of hepatitis B vaccine in time were higher.The vaccination rate and the timely rate of hepatitis B vaccine was the highest in Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Yizhou District of Hechi City, which was the lowest in People′s Hospital of Yizhou District of Hechi City.Low birth weight (43.20%), premature birth and dystocia (29.13%) were the main reasons why the first hepatitis B vaccine was not given in time.The most children in the People′s Hospital of Yizhou District of Hechi City were not in time, accounting for 73.13%.Conclusion The timely rate of the first hepatitis B vaccine vaccination has reached a high level in Yizhou District of Hechi City.It is necessary to strengthen the training so that the vaccinators can correctly grasp the contraindications of hepatitis B vaccination, strengthen health education and further improve the timely rate of the first hepatitis B vaccine vaccination.
