Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between serum cystatin, uric acid (UA), urinary microprotein (mALB)and early renal impairment in pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods A total of 106 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the endogenous creatinine clearance rate, they was divided into normal renal function group (40 cases) and abnormal renal function group (66 cases), and 60 normal pregnant women were selected as control group at the same time. The levels of serum cystatin-C (Cys-C), mALB and UA in the three groups were compared. The relationship between the above indexes and renal function was analyzed. Results The levels of Cys-C, mALB and UA in abnormal renal function group were higher than those in normal renal function group and healthy control group. The levels of Cys-C, mALB and UA in normal renal function group were higher than those in healthy control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).The levels of Cys-C, mALB and UA in abnormal renal function group were higher than those in normal renal function group and healthy control group. The levels of Cys-C, mALB and UA in normal renal function group were higher than those in healthy control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).ROC curve (subject working curve) area of Cys-C, mALB and UA were >0.5, and the area under Cys-C curve was greater than mALB and UA area,mALB area were greater than UA;the sensibility of Cys-C was higher than that of mALB and UA, and the sensibility of mALB was higher than that of UA, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The specificity of Cys-C was higher than that of mALB and UA, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);However, there were no significant differences in specificity between mALB and UA (P>0.05).Conclusion Early patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension are prone to renal dysfunction, which is characterized by abnormal levels of Cys-C, UA and mALB.These three indicators can effectively diagnose early renal function of pregnancy induced hypertension and can be used as diagnostic indicators of clinical diseases.
