Abstract:Objective To analyze the characteristics of severe adverse drug reactions(ADR)in our hospital,to provide a reference for rational and safe drug use in clinic, and to reduce the incidence of drug-induced diseases. Methods A total of 456 severe ADR reports from January 2014 to December 2018 in our hospital were collected, and analysis was performed from the patients′ age, gender, affected organs, drug types, route of administration, and outcomes. Results The proportion of male and female patients with severe ADR was almost same as 1.05∶1.Most of the patients were over 49 years old(>49 years old)accounting for 59.6%,and most of them occurred within 7 days of medication. The most frequently reported types of drugs were anti-tumor drugs,anti-tuberculosis drugs, and antibacterial drugs, accounting for 59.98%,14.58% and 13.11% respectively. The severe ADR occured most in combined use of drugs. The main route of administration was intravenous infusion, and the clinical manifestations were more common in blood system damage, hepatobiliary system and endocrine system damage. Conclusion The ADR monitoring of anti-tumor drugs,anti-tuberculosis drugs and antibacterial drugs should be paid great attention.Medication monitoring should be strengthened, and preventive measures should be taken to ensure the drug safety.
