Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical significance of small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol, homocysteine and D-dimer in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were selected as observation group, and 100 healthy people in the same period were selected as control group. The levels of small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol, homocysteine and D-dimer were measured in two groups, and the levels of each group were analyzed. Results The levels of small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol, homocysteine and D-dimer in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol, homocysteine and D-dimer in the patients with two-vessel lesions and three-vessel lesions were higher than those in the patients with single-vessel lesions, and the levels of three-vessel lesions were higher than those in the patients with double-vessel lesions (P<0.05).Conclusion The determination of small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol, homocysteine and D-dimer levels is conducive to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, and can provide evidence for the later treatment of coronary heart disease.
