Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing route on stroke patients. Methods A total of 150 stroke patients from May 2016 to May 2017 admitted into our emergency rescue center were selected as study subjects. They were divided into two groups by envelope randomization,75 cases in each group. In conventional group, the traditional nursing model was used, while in the experimental group,pre-hospital emergency nursing route as an intervention was adopted. The emergency time, mortality, and disability rate between the two groups were compared. Results In the experimental group, time to call for help to pre-hospital emergency rescue and time to call for help to treatment in hospital were (17.78±8.36)min and (31.98±10.25)min,which were significantly shorter than those of the conventional group([26.35±7.56]min and[43.25±11.68])min respectively, which were displayed statistical significance (P<0.05).The mortality and disability rate in the experimental group were 5.33%and 40.00%,which were much lower than those in the conventional group, accounting for 16.00%and 68.00%respectively with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For stroke patients,pre-hospital emergency care route is beneficial to shortening rescue time and reducing the disability and mortality.
