Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Long-term postoperative cholecystectomy syndrome after two types of cholecystectomy. Methods Sixty patients who underwent cholecystectomy from March 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted traditional methods, open cholecystectomy therapy, and the treatment group used laparoscopic cholecystectomy therapy. The blood loss and total length of hospital stay, operation time and ambulation time and other indicators,as well as the incidence of postoperative syndrome between the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding volume, total length of hospital stay, operation time, and time of ambulation in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cholecystectomy syndrome in the treatment group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group for 30.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Performing endoscopic cholecystectomy for patients undergoing cholecystectomy has a significantly better therapeutic effect than open cholecystectomy, and it also contributes to the reduction of postoperative syndrome.
