Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of procedurefor prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH)combined with hemorrhoids ligation in the treatment of haemorrhagic severe hemorrhoids.Methods From June 2015 to December 2017,100 patients with haemorrhagic severe hemorrhoids treated in our hospital were selected as the subject,and divided into the study group and the control group by radom table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with PPH alone,and the patients in the study group were treated with PPH combined with hemorrhoid nuclear suture.The time of operation,the amount of blood lost during the operation,the time of hospitalization after operation,the pain score and the bleeding after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time in the study group was longer than that in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the study group was larger than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative hemorrhage in the study group was 0%,which was significantly less than that in the control group (22%).The cure rate in the study group(90%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72%),the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of anal stricture and anal incontinence in the study group were 0.0%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group for 20.0%and 18.0%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of PPH combined with hemorrhoid nuclear ligation is better than that of the PPH alone,which should be promoted and extended.
