Abstract:Objective To probe into the ovarian function and the occurrence of ovarian cancer of hysterectomy simultaneous bilateral salpingectomy excision in treatment of patients with benign uterine diseases. Methods Sixty-four patients with uterine benign diseases admitted to our hospital from July 2012 to February 2015 were randomly selected and ranked by parity.Odd patients served as the observation group and even patients served as the control group, with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with hysterectomy, while patients in the observation group were treated with hysterectomy and bilateral salpingectomy. The ovarian function indicators, basic operation situation and the occurrence of pelvic encapsulated hydrops and ovarian cancer within 36 months after follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the preoperative level, the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the two groups were significantly higher at 6 months after operation, and the difference of estradiol(E2)levels was statistically lower(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in ovarian function indicators at the same time(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in basic operation conditions(P>0.05).After 36 months′follow-up,the incidence of pelvic encapsulated hydrops and ovarian cancer in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The hysterectomy simultaneous bilateral salpingectomy excision in treatment of benign uterine diseases are safe and feasible, which will not aggravate the ovarian function of patients, and will not affect postoperative recovery, and it has positive effect on reducing the risk of postoperative ovarian cancer.
