Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of filling method in multi-slice spiral computed tomography (CT)examination of intestinal inflammatory bowel disease.Methods Sixty patients with inflammatory bowel disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was examined by filling method with multi-slice spiral CT,while the control group was examined by barium meal X-ray.The jejunal dilatation was compared between the two groups,and the examination time and radiologic stay time were calculated.Results The situation of jejunum dilatation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.960,P<0.05).The time-consuming examination and the stay time of radiology department in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For inflammatory bowel disease,application of multi-slice spiral CT examination can effectively increase the diagnostic rate,shorten the examination duration,and improve the efficiency of clinical diagnosis.
