Abstract:Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of multi-slice spiral CT and B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of emergency abdominal trauma. Methods A total of 80 cases of abdominal trauma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected for retrospective analysis. All subjects were examined by multislice spiral CT and B-ultrasound,and the diagnostic effects of the two methods were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the diagnostic results and the clinical coincidence rate of the two methods(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two examination methods in the classification of organ damage degree and the clinical coincidence rate(P>0.05).Conclusion B-ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT examination have a high clinical value in the diagnosis of emergency abdominal trauma. In terms of detection rate, diagnosis of organ injury, and degree of injury, differences in multi-slice spiral CT and B-ultrasound are not significant. It is suggested that B-ultrasound be used as the preferred diagnostic method in clinical practice. When the patient's condition is complicated,multi-slice spiral CT can be used for combined diagnosis to increase the clinical diagnosis rate.
