护理干预在改善社区老年高血压患者生活质量中的应用研究

摘要目的评估社区护理干预对老年高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法选择本社区2013年12月～2015年3月的113例老年高血压患者作为研究对象，对其建立健康档案卡，采用健康宣教、心理疏导、饮食、运动及行为指导、用药指导等进行为期2个月的社区护理干预。比较干预前后患者高血压病知晓率、服药率、血压控制率及生活质量综合评定问卷评分。结果干预后，患者的高血压病知晓率、服药率、血压控制率及生活质量综合评定问卷评分均高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论社区护理干预能有效提高老年高血压患者的治疗效果，改善其临床症状，提高其生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 113 elderly patients with hypertension in our community from December 2013 to March 2015 were selected as research object.The health record card was established for patients，and community nursing intervention such as health education，psychological counseling，diet，exercise and behavior guidance，medication guidance were used for a period of 2 months.The awareness rate of hypertensive disease，compliance rate，blood pressure control rate and the grade of life quality evaluation questionnaire were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention，the awareness rate of hypertensive disease，compliance rate，blood pressure control rate and the grade of life quality evaluation questionnaire in patients was significantly higher than before intervention，and the difference was significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Community nursing intervention can effectively increase the treatment effect of elderly patients with hypertension，improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life.
