Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of mental nursing on nerve function recovery of patients with acute ischemic, and to provide thinking for clinical nursing work in the future. Methods 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted into neurology department of our hospital from January to December in 2014 were selected. They were divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50) by using random sampling method. The control group was given routine nursing, and observation group was conducted mental nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The neurologic deficits in two groups was evaluated by the National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) at admission,1 week and 4 weeks after admission, and therapy effects was compared. Results The NIHSS score had no difference between two groups at admission (P>0.05).1 week and 4 weeks after admission, the NIHSS score in observation group was respectively (7.39±1.51) and (3.53±1.61) points, which was significantly decreased compared with the time of admission, and the NIHSS score in observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was 92%,which was higher than 80% of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Mental nursing can obvious improve the nerve function of patients with acute ischemic stroke, and improve the treatment effect, promote the rehabilitation for patients.
