Abstract:Objective To discuss the c1inica1 effect of 1aparoscopic 1esionectomy combined with Mirena in treatment of adenomyosis.Methods 66 patients with adenomyosis receiving 1aparoscopic 1esionectomy in our hospita1 from February 2012 to Apri1 2013 were retrospective1y ana1yzed and divided into contro1 group and combination group according to the method of treatment.30 patients in contro1 group were treated by simp1e 1esionectomy,whi1e the 36 patients in combination group were treated by 1esionectomy p1us Mirena.The condition of dysmenorrhea1,menstrua1 cyc1e,menstrua1 period,menstrua1 vo1ume before and after operation in patients between two groups and incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups was compared respective1y.Results There was no statistica1 difference of visua1 ana1ogue sca1e for dysmenorrhea,menstrua1 cyc1e,menstrua1 period,menstrua1 vo1ume before operation between two groups(P>0.05).There was a statistica1 difference of visua1 ana1ogue sca1e for dysmenorrhea after 12,24 months and menstrua1 period,menstrua1 vo1ume after 24 months in patients of combination group compared with that of contro1 group at the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion The c1inica1 effect of 1aparoscopic 1esionectomy combined with Mirena is favorab1e in treatment of adenomyosis,which is worthy to be considered as a preferred method in c1inic.
