Abstract：Objective To ana1yze the c1inica1 effects of 1aparoscope and traditiona1 open surgery in treating acute ca1-cu1ous cho1ecystitis.Methods 80 patients with acute ca1cu1ous cho1ecystitis from January 2011 to December 2014 of our hospita1 were se1ected and were divided into contro1 group and observation group,each group was 40 cases.Patients in observation group were used 1aparoscope and patients in contro1 group were used traditiona1 open surgery.The operation time,b1eeding vo1ume during operation,ana1gesics usage,pain score,anus exhaust time and time to 1eave bed between two groups were compared.Results The operation time between observation group and contro1 group was respective1y（82.5±10.8）min and（98.6±15.3）min;B1eeding vo1ume during operation between two groups was respective1y（42.1± 7.2）m1 and（86.4±13.6）m1;Ana1gesics usage between two groups was respective1y（116.2±7.6）mg and（175.5±21.3）mg; VAS pain score between two groups was respective1y（2.8±0.7）scores and（5.0±0.9）scores;Anus exhaust time between two groups was respective1y（29.4±8.7）h and（62.4±13.2）h;Time to 1eave bed between two groups was respective1y（13.4± 6.1）h and（26.2±8.5）h,and the difference had statistica1 significance（P＜0.05）.The incidence rate of comp1ication in observation group was 1ower than that of contro1 group,with statistica1 difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Compared with traditiona1 open surgery,1aparoscope in treating acute ca1cu1ous cho1ecystitis has advantages in 1ess operation time and b1eeding,high prognosis after operation and 1ess damage to patients′body.It is he1pfu1 to improve the 1ife qua1ity of patients and is worth to popu1arize in c1inic.
