丙酸氟替卡松/沙美特罗干粉剂联合脱敏疗法治疗尘螨过敏性哮喘的效果

摘要目的观察丙酸氟替卡松/沙美特罗干粉剂联合脱敏疗法治疗尘螨过敏性哮喘的临床疗效与安全性。方法选择2012年1月～2014年2月我院诊治的符合诊断标准的112例哮喘患者，根据不同治疗方法将其分为观察组（n＝58）和对照组（n＝54）。常规治疗后，对照组吸人丙酸氟替卡松/沙美特罗干粉剂（50 μg/250 μg）；观察组在此基础上加用脱敏疗法。观察两组患者治疗1年后的疗效和肺功能指标。结果观察组临床疗效、总控制率、治疗后FEV1/FVC、PEF、症状评分均优于对照组；观察组复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗过程中无严重不良反应。结论丙酸氟替卡松/沙美特罗联合脱敏疗法治疗过敏性哮喘效果理想，且安全性高，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To observe the c1inica1 efficacy and safety of f1uticasone propionate/sa1metero1 dry powder combined with desensitization therapy for a11ergic asthma due to dust mite.Methods 112 patients with asthma who were diagnosed and treated in our hospita1 from January 2012 to February 2014 were se1ected and diagnosed according to the criteria of diagnosis and treatment,and were divided into observation group（n＝58）and contro1 group（n＝54）.After conventiona1 treatment,f1uticasone propionate/sa1metero1 dry powder（50 μg/250 μg）was inha1ed in the contro1 group, whi1e in the observation group,on the basis of the contro1 group,desensitization therapy was added.The efficacy and pu1-monary function after one-year treatment were observed.Results The c1inica1 efficacy,overa11 contro1 rate,FEV1/FVC after treatment,peak expiratory f1ow（PEF）,and symptom scores was better than that in the contro1 group respective1y.Recurrence rate in the observation group was 1ower than that in the contro1 group,with statistica1 differences（P＜0.05）.No severe adverse reaction occurred during treatment.Conclusion Dry powder of f1uticasone propionate/sa1metero1 combining with desensitization therapy can obtain an idea1 effect on treating a11ergic asthma in high safety,which is worthy of expansive app1ication.
