Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of electric coagulation hemostasis and suture hemostasis in laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal on ovarian function.Methods 110 patients underwent ovarian cyst removal under laparoscope from January 2014 to May in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B，55 cases in each group.Group A was given electric coagulation hemostasis，group B was given suture hemostasis.The level of hormone at preoperative，1 month，3 months and 6 months after operation was compared，the ovarian function in the two groups before and after operation was compared.Results The level of E2，FO at 1 month and 3 months after operation in the two groups was lower than that before operation，the level of LH，FSH at 1 month and 3 months after operation in the two groups was higher than that before operation，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The level of E2，FO at 1 month and 3 months after operation in group A was lower than that in group B，the level of LH，FSH at 1 month and 3 months after operation in group A was higher than that in group B，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the condition of ovarian function at 6 months after operation between the two groups （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Using suture hemostasis in ovarian cyst removal under laparoscope can reduce the influence on patients′s ovarian function，which is helpful to the recovery of postoperative ovarian function，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
