Abstract:Objective To explore the safety feasibility and early effect of totally laparoscopic gastrectomy in the treatment of upper gastric cancer. Methods 100 upper gastric cancer patients underwent surgery from January 2012 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the surgery method, each group was 50 cases. The observation group was treated with totally laparoscopic gastrectomy, the control group was treated with open total gastrectomy.Amount of bleeding during operation, the number of lymph node cleaning, postoperative pain score, exhaust recovery time, hospital stay and the incidence rate of complication in the two groups was compared. Results Amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group, postoperative pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, exhaust recovery time, hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was 4%,which was lower than 18%in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The safety of totally laparoscopic gastrectomy in the treatment of upper gastric cancer is higher, and the early effect is significant.
