Abstract:Objective To study the c1inica1 effects of 1ocking p1ate in treating Pi1on fracture and to provide reference for c1inica1 treatment of Pi1on fracture. Methods 52 Pi1on fracture patients from Orthopedics Department of Luoyang new District Peop1e's Hospita1 from January 2013 to september 2014 were se1ected.Patients were random1y divided into 1ocking p1ate group and anatomica1 p1ate group, each group was 26 cases. The difference of perioperative indicator, reset radio1ogica1 eva1uation index and functiona1 recovery index in two groups were compared. Results The operation time,b1eeding during operation, postoperative hospita1 stay and fracture recovery time in 1ocking p1ate group was respective1y (48.6±10.5)min,(126.3±18.5)m1,(17.5±4.3)d and(3.52±0.61)months,which was 1ower than that of anatomica1 p1ate group (P<0.05).The reset effects between two groups had no statistica1 significance (P>0.05).The exce11ence rate of ank1e in 1ocking p1ate group was 88.46%,which was 92.31%in anatomica1 p1ate group, and the difference had no statistica1 significance (P>0.05).The incidence rate of comp1ications in 1ocking p1ate group was 11.54%,which was 23.08%in anatomica1 p1ate group, and the difference had no statistica1 significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Comparing with anatomica1 p1ate,1ocking p1ate in treating Pi1on fracture decreases the operation time,hospita1 stay and postoperative fracture recovery time effective1y,and has the same effects with anatomica1 p1ate.
